42% of the micro enterprises have an active account on social networks

One in two manages their profile on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin,  eight out of ten micro enterprises use Facebook; four in ten uses Twitter, Linkedin three two and two Google + Youtube. One downside is that the management of these platforms is not professionalized. In fact, three out of four is a responsible internal staff unskilled.

Even frequently one -professional  and personal sharing, especially Google + 

and Facebook. One in five micro has specialized staff and is more common to find this professional person on three to nine employees.

The companies that use the networks belong to the professional, scientific and technical activities sector. The tourism industry uses them to enhance their potential and gain visibility.

The targets that the business are pursuing is to provide information about your business and showcase products or services, disseminate events and other actions, made public, communicate with other companies and customers and get new users. More than half have no presence on social networks managed because they perceive these benefits in the form of new customers or increased business volume.

Facebook is the only social network for 35 % of Spanish companies that have profiles on social networks. And more than a third of them realized in her daily updates.

There are a digital culture less developed companies that only use Facebook, while those who have accounts on other platforms have a company blog.

Twitter is the second most popular social network and the second used after Facebook. Seven out of ten respondents mentioned as the "social network who know " and 17% has managed to maintain it. Regarding the frequency of updates using Twitter is equal to that of Facebook: third are performed daily.

On the other hand, for the future, these companies recognize that their intention is to use social networks moderately. Only two out of ten users who are not yet contemplating this option.
